Social Fly Services provides website design and development, digital marketing, branding, SEO, social media management, and related digital solutions. All services are delivered according to the agreed proposal, quotation, or Scope of Work approved by the client.

2. Project Scope and Changes

Each project is executed based on a mutually agreed Scope of Work. Any additional features, revisions beyond the approved scope, or new requirements requested during the project may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3. Payments and Fees

Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed schedule outlined in the quotation or invoice. Social Fly Services reserves the right to pause or terminate services in cases of delayed or non-payment. All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, source files, and digital assets created by Social Fly Services remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools, licensed materials, or subscription-based services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, media files, timely feedback, and approvals necessary for project completion. Delays in communication or material submission may affect the agreed project timeline.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Projects include a limited number of revisions as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions, major redesigns, or structural modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Third-Party Services and Tools

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, marketing tools, or software integrations. Social Fly Services is not responsible for the performance, downtime, policy changes, or issues related to third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide professional and high-quality services, Social Fly Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Any applicable refunds will be handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the region in which Social Fly Services operates.

11. Updates to Terms

Social Fly Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
