Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Social Fly Services, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.
 

1. Refund Eligibility

Clients may request a refund within 3 days of service purchase or initial payment. Refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work completed up to the date of the request. Any completed work, delivered files, design drafts, consultations, or third-party costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests made after the 3-day period will not be eligible. Additionally, services that have been fully completed, delivered, or approved within the 3-day window are not eligible for a refund. Domain registrations, hosting fees, third-party subscriptions, and paid tools are strictly non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project within the 3-day period by submitting a written request. If cancellation is approved, charges will apply for all work completed prior to the cancellation date. Any initiated third-party services or purchased licenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
